2 slices of fresh bread
      
  
          
      
            ⅓ breast of cooked chicken
      
  
          
      
            ½ avocado
      
  
          
      
            Small handful of diced mango
      
  
          
      
            A squeeze of lime

Method
Slice the chicken into small bite-size pieces, dice the mango into bite-sized chunks and slice or mash the avocado and add a squeeze of lime juice.

Combine all the ingredients and sandwich between the slices of bread (ingredients can be mashed together a little if preferred). Cut into squares or triangles (or maybe use a pastry cutter to create all sorts of shapes!) and serve!

Mashed together or eaten separately this is a favourite combo with taste buds young and old.
