Ingredients

Approx. ΒΌ of a ripe pineapple
2 soft peaches
(Ensure the fruit is very ripe for this puree so that it will blend really smoothly)
2 tbsps full fat yogurt or coconut yogurt
1 ripe banana (optional)

Method

Step 1

Peel the fruit and roughly chop.

 

This is a lovely puree or mash for your baby to try some new flavours and textures.

Blend together until smooth in a high speed blender or food processor.

The pineapple gives quite a loose puree with a bitty and pulpy texture. For a thicker puree you can add a chopped ripe banana - why not try both and see which you prefer.
