Pineapple, Peach & Yogurt Puree
Approx. ¼ of a ripe pineapple
2 soft peaches
(Ensure the fruit is very ripe for this puree so that it will blend really smoothly)
2 tbsps full fat yogurt or coconut yogurt
1 ripe banana (optional)
Peel the fruit and roughly chop.
Blend together until smooth in a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend in the yogurt.
The pineapple gives quite a loose puree with a bitty and pulpy texture. For a thicker puree you can add a chopped ripe banana - why not try both and see which you prefer.
