Spiced Pork With Plum
Grate the carrot, slice the spring onions, halve, stone and chop the plums and stone and chop the prunes; peel and crush the garlic.
Pan fry the ginger for 1 minute, add the minced pork and cook until the pork starts to colour.
Add the garlic, carrot, spring onion and Chinese 5 spice and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add the plums, prunes and water and simmer for 20 minutes. For younger babies serve as it is or mash or puree down to the desired consistency for your little one.
