Extra Fruity Yogurt Bites
Line a 19 x 24cm shallow tray with a baking sheet.
Cut banana, avocado, mango into small dices. Cut strawberry into thin slices. Cut raspberies into halves.
Mix yogurt and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
Pour yogurt mixture on top of the baking sheet and spread evenly on tray.
Arrange fruits and raisins on top of yogurt.
Place in the freezer until set.
When ready to serve, remove from freezer and slice into chunks.
