In our offices, the heart of our organisation, we are doing everything we can to help our people do the best work they can. Our office is light and bright with plenty of space for us to escape from our desks if we want to, we have a lovely garden that we use for meetings or lunch on a sunny day!
Mental health can affect anyone, so we’re doing everything we can to help. We’ve run training events to improve awareness and resilience as well as offer ongoing support.
We offer part-time and flexi-time working to help people – especially parents to help juggle work & family life. With 25 days holiday a year (pro-rata if part-time) & the option to buy 5 more days every year!
