Shopper Marketing Manager - Full Time Fixed Term Contract, 12 months

We’re looking for someone to join our marketing team in the newly created position of Shopper Marketing Manager at Organix.  The role will lead the planning, development and implementation of our shopper marketing strategy across all channels, multiples, convenience, OOH & International - working closely with the National Account Team, Shopper Marketing agency and retailers ensuring mental and physical availability instore and online.  Responsibilities include development of the shopper marketing plan and creative delivery, budget management and analysis of results to determine effective ROI.

Must haves:

The ideal candidate will be someone who has the ability to lead external teams and motivate internal colleagues and customers in the creation and delivery of our strategies and plans.  They need to be able to effectively manage multiple projects at any one time ensuring delivery on time and on budget. 

We need a strong experienced candidate who is keen to share their knowledge and drive Organix shopper marketing forward.  They must feel comfortable challenging where relevant and driving dynamic positive change.
