Sales Support Co-ordinator

Help us grow our Organix Brand by working alongside our Sales Team and our customers, supporting the current processes and procedures we have in place, looking to develop and improve them where necessary whilst getting “hands on” involvement into how we work collaboratively, efficiently and effectively both internally and with our customers.

Overview:

We’re looking for a Sales Support Co-ordinator to join our sales team at Organix. This is a full time role with plenty of scope and lots to get stuck into to make your mark within the business. You’ll be working closely with your sales colleagues to support them with the processes & procedures that are needed to manage our business relationships, this will include a combination of Joint Business Plan (JBP) administrative support, co-ordination of our online brand representation (making sure all customers details are correct and up to date at all times) support in helping capture and analyse relevant customer data which NAMs discuss with their customers. This will enable you to get a close and “hands on” involvement in customer management as well as effective team working across the Organix business.

What we’re looking for:

This is a new role within the Sales team and offers the opportunity to learn about and play a key part in how Organix interact with our customers, as well as how internal collaboration across our business supports our customer development. You will need to be a highly organised, detail conscious team player, energetic, flexible and resourceful with resilience in abundance. We are looking for someone who wants to progress within Organix, so ambition and a “can do” approach is a must.

Must haves:

We need you be competent in the use and application of MS Office and around I.T in general as this role will involve accessing retailer data as well as Organix data. As this role provides opportunity to learn, develop and grow as you are doing the job, as a recent graduate you would be ideally suited along with knowledge of working with food brands and experience of working within and across teams
