Yummy Gummy Rice Pudding

  • How to make

50g pudding riceĀ 
600ml full fat milk
A few drops of organic vanilla essence
2 packets Goodies fruit gummies, moos or stars (whichever flavour you prefer), roughly cut into halves

Step 1

Put the rice, milk and vanilla in a saucepan

Step 2

Bring the milk to the boil, then reduce the heat and cover with a lid

Step 3

Simmer for approx. 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the milk has been absorbed and the rice is cooked (add more milk if required)

Step 4

Turn off the heat and stir in the gummies, so they start to melt a little

Step 5

Allow to cool slightly and serve
