  • 1 bowl - enough for 2 adults and 2 children for 2 snacks
  • How to make

2 medium avocados
Juice of half a lemon
Handful of fresh coriander
6-8 cherry tomatoes
¼ red onion (optional - may be too strong for young taste buds)
1 small garlic clove
2 tbsp plain, Greek or non-dairy/vegan yogurt (optional - makes a creamier more mild dip)

Step 1

Slice the avocado in half, remove the stone and skin. Roughly chop then place into a bowl and mash with the lemon juice 

Step 2

Finely chop the coriander, tomatoes and red onion (if using) and add to the bowl

Step 3

Peel and crush the garlic into the bowl then mix everything together. Stir in the yogurt if using

Recipe notes

Serve with raw or steamed vegetables and Organix Goodies breadsticks. Adults could also add a little fresh chopped chilli to their portion if they fancy a spicy alternative.
