1 sprig of rosemary
How to make
Peel and dice the sweet potato, slice the leek and put both in a steamer with the sprig of rosemary. Steam for about 20 minutes until soft
Blend together in a blender or a food processor or with an electric whisk, until smooth, include some of the softened rosemary leaves in the mix
This puree combines some delicious complementary flavours. Little ones tend to love sweet potato, as it is naturally sweet, and the rosemary adds a new flavour dimension for them.
This puree can be watered down and made into a delicious soup, you can also add a little low salt stock for a bit of extra flavour.
