2 pears
1 small pink rhubarb stem
A few drops of vanilla extract
2 tbsp water

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180c

Step 2

Core, peel and quarter the pears and cut the rhubarb into 2cm pieces

Step 3

Place the pear and the rhubarb in a roasting tin and mix with the vanilla extract. Place the water in the bottom of the baking dish

Step 4

Place the roasting tin in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes until the fruit is tender

Step 5

Allow the fruit to cool and blend until smooth and you can add more water to get to the right consistency for your little one

Can be served with yogurt for a creamier taste.
