50g pudding rice
600ml full fat milk
A few drops of vanilla essence
2 tsp of Organix apple and strawberry puree
How to make
Step 1
Put the rice and milk in a saucepan
Step 2
Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 3
Stir in the vanilla essence and serve with a swirl of the fruit puree
