3 large parsnips
1 dessert spoon of olive oil
Grind of black pepper

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Step 2

Peel the parsnip and slice into chip shape piece

Step 3

Place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and black pepper and mix thoroughly with your hands to make sure all the parsnip is coated

Step 4

Place on a baking tray and cook in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the parsnips are soft in the middle and golden on the outside
