Mini Apple & Blackcurrant Crumble

  • How to make

100g apple puree (we used an Organix Apple and Vanilla Fruit Pot)
1 packet of Blackcurrant and Apple Goodies Fruit Stars (or the Gummies or Moos if you prefer)
20g plain flour
10g unsalted butter
10g oats

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180ºC fan assisted / 200ºC / gas 6

Step 2

Add the apple puree to a oven proof ramekin so that it is just over half full (it doesn't matter in the ramekin is a little large, but if it is too small then divide the mixture between two)

Step 3

Roughly chop the Stars into halves and mix well with the apple puree in the ramekin

Step 4

In a bowl, rub together the butter and flour with your fingertips until it resembles fine breadcrumbs, then mix with the oats

Step 5

Sprinkle this mixture onto the apple puree in the ramekin and pat down gently

Step 6

Bake for approx. 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden

Step 7

Allow to cool and enjoy!
