100g self-raising flour
50g unsalted butter
50g Greek yogurt
70g raisins or we used 5 boxes of Organix goodies raisins
A splash of milk (optional)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C / Gas 6. Place a baking sheet in the oven to preheat

Step 2

Sift the flour into a bowl then chop the butter into the flour with a knife until the butter is in peanut size pieces. Then rub the butter into the flour between your finger tips until it resembles bread crumbs

Step 3

Add the raisins and yogurt and mix until the ingredients come together as a dough

Step 4

Using floured hands, knead the dough lightly on a floured surface and pat out to about 2cm thick

Step 5

Using a small pastry cutter, cut out the scones

Step 6

Place the scones onto the preheated baking sheet and brush with milk

Step 7

Place into the oven to bake for eight minutes, or until risen and golden
