2 slices of fresh bread
⅓ breast of cooked chicken
½ avocado
Small handful of diced mango
A squeeze of lime

Step 1

Slice the chicken into small bite-size pieces

Step 2

Dice the mango into bite-sized chunks

Step 3

Slice or mash the avocado and add a squeeze of lime juice

Step 4

Combine all the ingredients and sandwich between the slices of bread = ingredients can be mashed together a little if preferred

Step 5

Cut into squares or triangles (or maybe use a pastry cutter to create all sorts of shapes!) and serve
