100g jumbo rolled oats (gluten-free if required)
½ tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
150ml Greek yoghurt (can be substituted for additional milk)
How to make
Mix oats, cinnamon, raisins and seeds in a bowl. Add milk and yoghurt. Mix together until all blended.
Grate the apple and mix into the oat mix. Cover and leave overnight in the fridge.

By using Greek yoghurt gives this bircher muesli a delicious creamy consistency. If you prefer something lighter replace the Greek yoghurt with milk. Once made, this bircher muesli will keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. For a dairy free option, replace milk and yoghurt with non-dairy alternatives.
