  • How to make

1 carrot
½ Bramley apple
½ small red cabbage
2 spring onions
110g crème fraiche
⅓ tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
½ lime juice
A handful of raisins

Step 1

Peel the carrot, grate and add to a large bowl

Step 2

Wash the apple, core, peel and grate. Add to the carrot

Step 3

Slice the red cabbage and spring onion very finely. Add to the bowl with the dried apples and raisins

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix the crème fraiche, mustard and lime juice. Stir into the vegetables

Step 5

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
