Ingredients

250mls milk of your choice (full fat cows milk (dairy) / coconut / almond / oat / rice etc.)
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp honey or maple syrup
Pinch of black pepper
Couple of grates of whole nutmeg or a pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)

Method

Step 1

Gently heat all ingredients together in a pan and whisk together until warm and frothy.

Serve with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top. You can adjust the spices to taste or remove any you don't want. Adults can also add a drop of their favourite tipple to make this an extra special Christmas treat!
