Packaging & Design Manager Fixed Term 12 month contract

A fantastic opportunity to work in our Marketing Team!

We’re looking for a Packaging & Design Manager in the marketing team at Organix. This is a fixed term temporary role for approximately 12 months with lots to get stuck into to help the business be successful.
You’ll be leading the design and development of packaging and branded materials for Organix and supporting the Marketing Manager on global projects to protect and develop our brand identity.

This role is pivotal in the business and with lots of projects, internal stakeholders and agencies to manage you need to be extremely organised and equally comfortable delivering in the short term and planning the future development of our packaging for new foods or existing ones. You’ll have a creative eye, with a focus on the detail combined with exceptional project management skills and lots of enthusiasm.

We need you to have experience in packaging design, development and traffic management of artwork and a strong foundation working with agencies and packaging suppliers. You will be used to working within and across teams and managing multiple partners to help achieve your goals. Experience working client-side and with food brands is preferred but not essential if you can demonstrate transferable skills.

This is a full-time fixed term contract role, starting as soon as possible, based in our offices in central Bournemouth, Dorset.
