Out of Home Channel Development Manager

Help us grow our Organix Brand in the exciting and challenging Out of Home channel.

Overview:

We’re looking for an Out of Home Channel Development Manager to join our sales team at Organix. This is a full time role with plenty of scope and lots to get stuck into to make your mark within the business. You’ll be leading the development of the OOH Channel for Organix, looking to build on the business we have, but more significantly explore and secure new business opportunities in areas and with potential customers wherever parents and their little ones are.

What we’re looking for:

This role is pivotal in the business as we look to extend our customer reach and you will need to be a tenacious, highly energetic, flexible and resourceful team player. Extremely well organised and equally comfortable developing strategy as you are delivering short term action plans, so you’ll have an eye for detail and big picture thinking, combined with exceptional sales development experience and a track record of achievement in the OOH channel. Enthusiasm and experience alone won’t be enough to deliver step change in OOH, but you will know this already!

Must haves:

We need you have to relevant sales management & development experience in the OOH / Foodservice channel, with an extensive, current & relevant network of customer knowledge and key decision maker contact network.

Experience working with food brands is a strong preference and you will be used to working within and across teams and managing customers and identified 3rd party partners to help achieve your goals.

Other info:

This is a full-time permanent role, reporting to the Sales Director and starting as soon as possible, it can be home based with access to our offices in central Bournemouth, Dorset on a regular but appropriate basis.
