National Account Manager- full time fixed term 12 months

Overview:

Due to an internal appointment, we are looking for an experienced, energetic and challenge driven NAM to take on the responsibility for growing Organix brands within the Baby Food category by working with retailers sitting within the top 4 grocery multiples.

Who we’re looking for:

The Baby Food category is a truly fast moving environment, with new parents and customers entering the market with a frequency unlike many others, so we need someone who is aware of the importance of data and insight and how to turn this into JBPs that deliver for Organix and our customers alike, with the consumer at the heart of the thought and decision process. You need to be someone who relishes the challenges associated with this type of role, as well as being a collaborative team player the right person will be able to work cross functionally, have exceptional interpersonal skills as well as a “can do” mindset prepared to challenge the way things are done.

Must haves:

We are looking for someone with experience of working as a NAM with the top 4 grocery multiples, a proven relationship builder with good existing networks within the multiples and someone who fully understands a category lead approach to getting the best out of leading branded products as part of an optimised category for the retailer and consumer alike.

It would be highly beneficial if the candidate has a related degree or has a related accreditation.

This is initially an interim, full-time role, on a fixed term contract of 12 months, home based but with regular access (c2days per week or as necessary) to our offices in central Bournemouth, Dorset, we really hope this will become a permanent role for the right candidate though.
