A great snack for any time of day

Recipe Allergy: 
Milk/Lactose

Recipe Ingredients: 

400g (13oz) mashed organic potato
125g (4oz) organic cheddar cheese, grated
half tsp organic ground coriander
1 organic egg yolk, beaten
a little organic flour for dusting
a little beaten organic egg or milk for brushing
1 tbsp seeds such as fennel, caraway, sesame or sunflower or a combination

Recipe Method: 

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 200c, 400F or Gas 6.
Step 2 -Mix the mashed potato, cheese, coriander and egg yolk in a bowl.
Step 3 -Lightly flour a board or a clean work surface. Roll out the potato mixture until about 2.5cm (1in) thick, then cut into finger lengths.
Step 4 -Brush the sticks with beaten egg or milk and roll in the seeds, gently pressing them into the potato to help them stick.
Step 5 -Place them on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until crispy and golden.
