Recipe Ingredients:
2 organic sausages
For the mashed potato:
200g organic potato, cut into chunks
1 tsp organic butter
2 tbsp organic milk
For the gravy:
1 tsp olive oil
half small organic onion, finely chopped
1 tsp organic cornflour
200ml water
half tsp organic tomato puree

Recipe Method:
Step 1 -Cook the sausages on a heated oiled griddle pan (or grill or barbeque) until browned all over and cooked through.
Step 2 -Meanwhile, make the mashed potato. Put the potato chunks into a pan of cold water, cover and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes.
Step 3 -Drain the potatoes, add the butter and milk and mash until smooth.
Step 4 -Make the gravy: heat the olive oil in a small pan, add the onion and fry until translucent, for about 3 minutes.
Step 5 -Add the cornflour and stir to coat the onion.
Step 6 -Add the water and tomato puree and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 7 -Serve the sausages with the mashed potato, gravy and some vegetables (such as broccoli, peas or carrots).
