Serve with cherry tomatoes cut in half as a finger food.

Recipe Ingredients: 

1 fillet organic salmon
2 tablespoons organic butter beans
16 organic cherry tomatoes

Recipe Method: 

Step 1 - Make sure there are no bones remaining in the fish.  Place the fillet on a piece of foil and wrap into a parcel
Step 2 - On a small baking tray place the washed cherry tomatoes
Step 3 - Place the fish parcel and tomatoes in the oven (190c or Gas 5) for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked
Step 4 - Leave the fish until it is cool enough to handle and remove the skin
Step 5 - Flake the fish into a small bowl checking there are no bones.  Add the tomatoes and butter beans and use a fork to mash everything together .  For a smoother recipe, use a blender and liquidise the mixture.  Full fat milk can be added if the mixture is too thick.
