Recipe Ingredients:
1 organic lamb fillet
1 small organic onion, chopped
1 medium organic carrot, chopped
32g (1 handful) of dry organic split red lentils
50g (1 handful) of organic peas
1 handful of fresh mint
200ml boiled water

Recipe Method:
Step 1 - Brown the lamb fillet in a heavy based saucepan or casserole dish
Step 2 - Add the onions and fry until soft
Step 3 - Add the carrot and lentils and cover with the water
Step 4 - Bring the pan to the boil and simmer unitl the lentils and carrots are soft
Step 5 - Add the peas and simmer for a few more minutes then add the fresh mint at the end of the cooking
Step 6 - Mash with a fork to the consistency thats right for your baby
