The Day That photographers rise before daybreak every single day to capture the drama of the dawn skies so that the images can be crafted into a beautiful work of art. Each exquisite photograph is beautifully framed and includes a handwritten inscription of your choice to commemorate baby's first day. |

Terms & Conditions:
1. This competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over, except employees of the Organix, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter the prize draw, submit your email to sarah.ward@organix.com . One entry per person will be accepted.
3. The closing date for entries to this draw is midnight on 4th June 2010.
4. Liability is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
5. The prize includes one of 3 'classic' sized pictures, of a date of choosing since June 2005, with a choice of frame and personalised with a message.
6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
7. The winning entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received by the closing date will win the prize. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be contacted in writing within 28 days after the draw. The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time it will lapse and Organix reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
9. The winner's details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Organix Brands Ltd, The Green House, 120-122 Commercial Road, Bournemouth, Dorset by 30.10.10 enclosing a stamped SAE.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
