Recipe Ingredients:
200g line caught white fish (like haddock or cod)
300g organic potatoes
1 bay leaf
1 dessert spoon of chopped flat parsley
100g organic frozen peas
half pint organic milk (to poach the fish)

Recipe Method:
Step 1 - Poach the fish for 5-10 minutes in the milk with the bay leaf, until the fish is cooked
Step 2 - Once cooked lift out the fish keeping the cooking liquor. Remove all skin and bones from the fish and sieve the cooking liquor.
Step 3 - Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces and cook. As the potatoes are near the end of the cooking time, add the peas so they cook too.
Step 4 - Drain the potato and peas, place in a bowl with the fish and a sprinkle of parsley
Step 5 - Puree until smooth or mash to the desired texture - add the cooking liquor to soften the mixture and achieve the right consistency for your baby
