Where we startedWhere we started
In 1992, Lizzie Vann knew that something was missing from the babyfood she saw in the supermarkets – food that used only organic, natural ingredients.  She wanted all children to eat food that didn't have anything unnecessary added and nothing important taken away.

Then and there, Organix was born...

Since then, we've built a 40-strong team at Organix, all of whom are passionately committed to our cause - to make delicious, nutritious baby and toddler food available to all.

We want to give parents as much support and advice as possible too.  That's why on our website you'll find our weaning guide, meal planners and lots of delicious recipes for babies and toddlers at every stage of weaning.

We're also committed to working with nutritionists, organic farmers and - most importantly people like you .  You all help us with ideas to improve our foods, from finding the best organic ingredients to showing us how we can offer different foods to support your baby's changing tastes.

We don't just make organic, tasty, nutritious food for children.  Our charity -  The Organix Foundation - seeks to bring positive changes to the food industry, by funding independent research into the link between food quality and children's health.

We also challenge the government and food industry to improve the standards of all the food our children eat.
